Being diagnosed with Cancer is one of the most devastating and scariest experiences in life. I should know as someone previously diagnosed with Stage 3 cancer. This situation is complex and tricky with little certainty, yet so much contradictory information. This is especially true for those of us utilizing an integrative healing path. (Integrative means using tools from both mainstream medicine and alternative/complementary methods.)

 

The very best thing we can do for ourselves is take charge of our situation and learn to follow our intuition. We can even see this as the ultimate opportunity for healing and change.

I am currently finishing up a training with the Metabolic Terrain Institute of Health with Dr. Nasha Winters (now called Metabolic Regen) to serve as a patient advocate using the metabolic method. I will soon be able to more fully guide folks to optimal health using targeted tests, tools and methodologies.
